About David Bissell: David has been a part of Insurance Advisors for over 40 years. Joining as an Agent in 1982, he is now President and an owner of the agency. David grew up in the Jefferson County area attending Jefferson College. He has been a licensed Agent/Broker, licensed in both Missouri and Illinois for over 45 years. He specializes in commercial lines of business and recently assumed responsibility for day-to-day Sales Operations. Daily responsibilities for David include client interaction and business operation meetings. He is also the IT department at Insurance Advisors.
